1. Service Description
CardBeast is a deal tracking tool that monitors eBay for Pokemon TCG card listings and notifies users of potential deals via Telegram. We do not sell cards directly.
2. Account & Subscription
You must sign in with a Google account to use CardBeast. Free trials last 3 days. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard.
3. No Purchase Guarantee
CardBeast identifies potential deals but does not guarantee availability. Listings on eBay may sell before you can purchase them. We are not responsible for missed deals.
4. Pricing & Refunds
All prices are in USD. We offer a 3-day free trial. Refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy: annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee (pro-rata), monthly plans are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use CardBeast for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
CardBeast is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses resulting from deals missed, inaccurate pricing data, or service downtime.
