Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CardBeast is a market-intelligence and selling tool for trading-card sellers: it scans cards, shows real eBay-sold prices by grade, language and condition, computes grading-ROI, and helps you list on marketplaces. We provide data and tools; we do not sell cards directly and we are not affiliated with eBay, CardMarket, PSA, or any TCG publisher.

2. Account

The CardBeast Market is free to use. You can sign in with a Google account to unlock account features such as your watchlist.

3. No Purchase Guarantee

CardBeast identifies potential deals but does not guarantee availability. Listings on eBay may sell before you can purchase them. We are not responsible for missed deals.

4. Free Service & Tips

The CardBeast Market is provided free of charge: there are no subscriptions or fees. Any optional, voluntary contribution (for example a “Buy me a coffee” tip) is exactly that, voluntary, and is non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use CardBeast for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

CardBeast is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses resulting from deals missed, inaccurate pricing data, or service downtime.

7. Affiliate / Referral Program

If you join the CardBeast affiliate program, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:

• Commission. You earn 50% of the net amount each customer you refer pays, up to a maximum of €50 per referred customer. The commission rate, cap and discount may change with notice.
• Your code & the user discount. You receive a unique referral code that gives the referred user 10% off their first payment and attributes the signup to you. The code is the sole means of attribution; signups that do not use your code are not credited.
• 7-day confirmation hold. A commission is confirmed only after the 7-day refund window on the referred payment has passed. Commissions on payments that are refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed are void.
• Eligibility. Free trials do not count until the first successful paid invoice. Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and incentivized or misleading signups do not qualify and may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Payouts. Confirmed commissions are paid out once they reach the minimum threshold of €50, to the payout details you provide.
• Prohibited conduct. You may not bid on the CardBeast brand name or close variants in paid search, spam, make false or misleading claims, or use our trademarks without consent. You must comply with all applicable laws and the rules of the platforms you post on.
• Changes & termination. We may modify or end the affiliate program, and deactivate any code, at any time; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
